Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon to join the Vascular Surgery department of a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on delivering expert surgical care to patients with vascular conditions, employing advanced techniques and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex vascular surgical procedures, including both open and endovascular surgeries.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and the latest medical advancements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research in vascular surgery.
• Stay updated on advancements in vascular surgical techniques and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Vascular Surgery.
• Board certification in Vascular Surgery is highly desirable.
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience as a practicing Vascular Surgeon.
• Proven expertise in both open and endovascular surgical techniques.
• Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, pathology, and management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
• Western-trained education or experience is mandatory.
