Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon to join our distinguished medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders in children. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to providing the highest quality of care to young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive ENT care to pediatric patients, including the evaluation and management of common and complex ENT disorders.
  • Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of ENT surgeries, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and ear tube placements.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify ENT conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, audiologists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric otolaryngology and participate in research projects and clinical trials.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate medical records, prepare reports, and comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Specialization: Fellowship in Otolaryngology with a focus on Pediatrics.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pediatric ENT surgeon, with a proven track record of successful surgeries and patient management.
  • Training: Must be Western-trained.
  • Skills: Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills; ability to work effectively with children and their families; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
