We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant pediatric rheumatologist to join a leading healthcare institution in Dubai. The successful candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing rheumatic and autoimmune conditions in children, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients with suspected rheumatic conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune disorders, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, lupus, and vasculitis.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and biopsies, to determine the presence and severity of rheumatic diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate care and counseling to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering support.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and students in pediatric rheumatology.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in pediatric rheumatology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in pediatric rheumatology.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant pediatric rheumatologist in a reputable hospital setting.
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing complex rheumatic and autoimmune conditions in children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on advances in pediatric rheumatology.
• Must be Western-trained.
