We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced consultant pediatric endocrinologist to join a leading healthcare institution in Dubai. The successful candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders in children, providing exceptional care, and contributing to clinical excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth-related conditions, and adrenal gland issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and monitor their progress closely.
• Perform and interpret specialized diagnostic tests related to endocrine disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, dietitians, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Offer guidance and counseling to patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing education on managing endocrine disorders.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and students in pediatric endocrinology.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in pediatric endocrinology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure adherence to international standards and protocols for patient safety and care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in pediatric endocrinology.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a reputable hospital setting as a consultant pediatric endocrinologist.
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting advanced diagnostic tests for endocrine disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on advances in endocrinology.
• Must be Western-trained.
