Allocation Assist Middle East, a leading consultancy company in Dubai, is seeking a qualified and experienced female OBGYN consultant to join our growing healthcare team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving environment in one of the most vibrant cities in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients, adhering to international standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform medical procedures and surgeries as required within the scope of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Offer mentorship and support to junior medical staff and medical students.
- Participate actively in research, audits, and quality improvement projects to enhance departmental practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Uphold a culture of patient safety by ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Board certification or equivalent in obstetrics and gynecology.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-residency experience in a reputable hospital setting as a consultant OBGYN.
- Advanced clinical and technical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Only Western-trained candidates will be considered for this role.
