Position Summary:

A prestigious healthcare facility in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Breast Surgeon to join its surgical department. The successful candidate will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of benign and malignant breast conditions while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Duties:

• Perform surgical procedures, including mastectomies, lumpectomies, and reconstructive breast surgeries.
• Provide expert consultation and comprehensive treatment plans for breast cancer and benign breast diseases.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging techniques to assess breast health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, radiologists, and plastic surgeons, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and post-surgical care.
• Participate in clinical research and advancements in breast surgery techniques.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialization in Breast Surgery or General Surgery with expertise in breast procedures.
• Board certification in General Surgery or Breast Surgery preferred (UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification desirable).
• Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years of post-consultant experience in breast surgery.
• Expertise in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Western-trained education or experience required.
