Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on providing exceptional care to women across all stages of their reproductive health, including pregnancy, childbirth, and the management of gynecological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular consultations and examinations for women with gynecological issues and during pregnancy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ medical history and test results.
• Perform gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies and C-sections, with precision and care.
• Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.
• Provide guidance and support to patients on contraception, family planning, and other women’s health concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and regularly update patient information.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is highly desirable.
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
• Western-trained education or experience is mandatory.
